Despite dating each other since high school in 2011, Bryn Forbes and his girlfriend Raelynn Whitney Taylor never got married.

Raelynn Whitney Taylor was born in 1992 from Michigan. She studied at Sexton High school together with Bryn, following which she studied at Lansing Community College. Forbes was playing at Cleveland State during that time.

Bryn Forbes and Raelynn gave birth to their first son named Carter in 2013. Forbes moved to Michigan State University after his sonโs birth. However, their relationship soon started to taking a downfall after this. Despite this, in 2016, the couple had their second child, Leo.
Things eventually didnโt work out between the couple and they finally broke up in March 2017. After the couple broke up, Bryn took his children along with him to Texas. However, he did this without informing Raelynn, which led to child custody.

Bryn Forbes and Raelynn Taylor dated each other for almost six to seven years and finally split in 2017. Following their breakup, their relationship saw another downfall as Taylor reportedly filled custody for their kids.
Taylor took up the act after Bryn took their kids back to Michigan without her permission. During the custody battle, both the parents had to state their reasons.
Bryn shared that his reason for taking away the kids was because Raelynn had drinking and depression problems. He stated:
After returning home to San Antonio, our children are again thriving. I am hopeful that Raelynn will begin to focus and resolve her issues so that she can become a better parent.โ
Raelynn on the other hand stated how she was worried that Bryn did not give enough attention and time to their kids because of his career. She stated:
Bryn spent months without seeing the kids. This is normal to him, so maybe he doesnโt feel the hurt Iโm going through and the painโ.
After a long-standing custody fight, the case finally got resolved in April 2018, with Bryn getting full custody. Meanwhile, Raelynn was given permission to visit her kids for 60 overnights a year. Currently, Bryn lives happily with his kids with his mother who helps in raising the kids.
