Rapper and former British YouTuber Yung Filly is accused of s*xually assaulting a woman allegedly named Emma Burns in September following his performance at a suburbia nightclub in Western Australia
A news release from the Western Australian government stated on Thursday that a man who has been identified as rapper Yung Filly had been arrested in Brisbane earlier this week and had been extradited to Perth to face allegations of s*xual assault. According to the statement, there are four accusations of r*pe, three counts of “assault causing bodily harm,” and one crime of preventing someone from “normally breathing or circulating by applying pressure on, or to, their neck.”

While authorities are yet to officially reveal the identity of the woman who made the allegations, posts on Twitter/X claim she is a s*x worker, OF model and stripper named Emma Burns. The white blonde from Australia has allegedly been outed by her friends and known ones who have accused Burns of faking the entire situation to exploit Filly.
A woman has also claimed that Emma who is in her 20s and Filly were partying together in Hillarys’ Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on the night she made the accusations with Emma texting her to tell her that Filly had decided to pay her for s*x. Emma is also claimed to have pulled the same stunt on Bryson Tiller but failed to push the case ahead due to a lack of evidence. The veracity of these claims is yet to be ascertained though.

The 29-year-old rapper Yung Filly’s representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment from media. Following the arrest of his friend and longtime YouTube collaborator Yung Filly in Brisbane, Chunkz whose real name is Amin Mohamed, spoke out.

After his performance at Hillarys’ Bar1 Nightclub on September 27, YouTuber Filly whose real name Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos was accused of having s*x with a lady in her 20s without her consent at his hotel in Perth on September 28.
He faces charges of three counts of assault, four counts of s*xual intercourse without consent, and one count of exerting pressure to someone’s neck to prevent them from breathing or circulating normally.

“While I understand you want my reaction on it as this is an ongoing court case you guys can understand that I can’t and won’t be commenting on it publicly. So yeah, I basically came on here to let you know the reason as to why I can’t. Love,” Chunkz said.
