Ever since the start, Inter Miami has already attracted world-renowned players, including Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi and now with Lionel Messi joining, they have certainly going on to another level.
They’re no longer in South Florida to play around Messi, but the Inter Miami squad still offers an interesting mix of experienced and rookie players. The club’s salary payroll, provided by the MLS Players Association, reflects this diversity.
Inter Miami 2023 annual player salaries
With Messi now set to be highest-paid player in the Inter Miami squad, coming behind him at second would be Venezuelan star Josef Martínez, who earns an annual salary of $4,391,667. Behind Martinez is Mexican midfielder Rodolfo Pizarro, who earns a salary of $3,350,000 per season.
From there the rest of the player salaries witness a large drop with the fourth highest-paid player DeAndre Yedlin earning an annual salary of $873,750. Coming in at fifth is Brazilian Jean Mota earning an annual salary of $828,750 and fellow countryman Gregore at sixth with an annual salary of $826,000.
Behind the two is French midfielder Corentin Jean, with an annual salary of $788,400. Meanwhile, Defender Sergiy Kryvtsov with $614,500 a year and Ecuadorian striker Leonardo Campana $601,680 a year sum up the 10 highest-paid Inter Miami players.
