Who is Jordan Poole?
Jordan Anthony Poole is an American professional basketball player for the National Basketball Association’s Golden State Warriors (NBA). He attended Milwaukee’s Rufus King High School and La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana. As a junior, he was named to the first team All-Wisconsin, and as a senior, he was a member of the Dick’s National High School Championship squad.
Poole went on to play collegiate basketball for the University of Michigan Wolverines. He was a part of Michigan’s 2017–18 squad, which won the Big Ten Tournament and progressed to the National Championship Game that season. He is most known for hitting a game-winning buzzer-beater three-pointer in the second round of the 2018 NCAA Tournament, helping Michigan to advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
