While opposition political parties fabricated reports, video footage of the incident showed the saffron flag was hoisted atop an empty pole in Shivamogga which had no national flag

From talking about equal women lights, belittling ghunghat to batting for hijab to berate Hindus, the mainstream liberal media in India has stayed true to its nature of promoting and shoving an agenda down the country’s throat.

Students were also seen hoisting the saffron flag in Shivamogga were Islamists carried out unabated stone pelting at colleges. However, the Indian leftist media and opposition political parties decided to portray the incident in communal colors by spreading fake news of the saffron flag being hoisted in place on the Indian tricolor.

This comes at a time when the college authorities have clarified the saffron flag was hoisted on top of an empty pole with video footage affirming the same. The fake news was however peddled with qualms by leftists who had no issues over Khalistanis unfurling their flag at the Red Fort on Republic Day last year.
