Pakistan hasn’t performed up to thier standards in the Asia cup as they have only managed to win the tournament twice. Thier first victory came in the year 2000 when they defeated Sri Lanka by 39 runs in the final. Then after 12 years, they won a nail-biting final against Bangladesh to get thier hands on the trophy for the second time.
