The much-awaited Tri-Nation International Football Tournament 2023 is finally here, and fans are eager to find out how to watch the live streaming of the tournament and where to watch in India along with other details about India vs Myanmar and Kyrgyz Republic 

Team India who are currently ranked 106 in the FIFA rankings, will face off against 159th ranked Myanmar and 94th ranked Kyrgyz Republic.

Both the matches are part of the Indian team’s preparation for the upcoming 2023 AFC Asian Cup, which is set to kick off in Qatar next year in January.

The Tri-Nation International Football Tournament 2023

The Khuman Lampak Stadium in Imphal, Manipur, will host both the matches, which will begin on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. The Indian men’s football team will first go up against Myanmar in the tournament opener.

Sunil Chhetri and his men will then face Kyrgyz Republic at the same venue on March 28. The upcoming matches are the first matches for the Indian men’s football team this year following their last match back in September last year. That match was an international friendly against Vietnam where India lost 3-0.

Indian national football team notable players

Some of the notable players in the squad include, veteran players like Bengaluru FC ace Sunil Chhetri, senior goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, defender Sandesh Jhingan and midfielders Jeakson Singh and Lallianzuala Chhangte.

There were some slight changes made to the squad list following injuries on Sivasakthi Narayanan and Glan Martins. Defender Pritam Kotal, who recently won (ISL) 2022-23 title with ATK Mohun Bagan, and forward Naorem Mahesh Singh will replace the injured plaeyrs.

The majority of the squad arrived for the training camp in Kolkata back on March 16. The rest of the squad meanwhile, joined the camp only after it shifted to Goa on March 18, as they were playing in the ISL final.
