Mr. Shakib Zakir Ahmed was the founder of the show. It is also a part of the Got Talent franchise, which is considered one of the biggest in the world today. This show started in the year 2009 and has hosted its 9th season in 2022.

1. IGT Season 1 Winner: Prince Dance Group
Date: 22 August 2009
Nikhil Chinapa and Ayushmann Khurrana were the hosts of the show and it was judged by Shekhar Kapur, Kirron Kher, and actress Sonali Bendre. 56 contestants took part in the show and after several hardships, it was won by the Prince Dance group.
2. IGT Season 2 Winner: Shillong Chamber Choir Group

The success of the first season passed away and the second season took place. The judges again were Sonali Bendre, Sajid Khan, and Kirron Kher, This time Shillong Chamber Choir Group won the show and the hearts of millions of people with their fusion-based musical performance.
3. IGT Season 3 Winner: Suresh and Vernon Group

India’s Got Talent Season 3 helped out the show in gaining more name and popularity. The show was hosted by Gautam Rode and Meiyang Chang and the judges this time again were Sonali Bendre, Kirron Kher, and Dharmendra. Suresh and Vernon Group were the winners of the season.
4. IGT Season 4 Winner: Sonali Majumdar and Maraju Sumanth

This 4th season was hosted by Manish Paul and Cyrus Sahukar and was judged by Kirron Kher, Karan Johar, Farah Khan, and guests were Malaika Arora and Shahrukh Khan. Sonali Majumdar and Maraju Sumanth, two young dancers of Kolkata’s Bivas Dance group were the winners.
5. IGT Season 5 Winner: Naadyog Academy and Ragini Makkar

India’s Got Talent Season 5 was hosted by Bharti Singh, Mantra, and VJ Andy. The trio of the judges included Kirron Kher, Karan Johar, and Malaika Arora. The show was won by Naadyog Academy and Ragini Makkar. The institute is based in Indore and it has a total of more than 360 students presently.
6. IGT Season 6 Winner: Manik Paul

Prize: INR 25 lakhs
This time it was the aerial dancer Manik Paul, who got the trophy for the show India’s Got Talent Season 6. Doing the flexible moves, Paul won the heart of the judges and audience. The judges were the same as last season, but the hosts this time were Bharti Singh, Nakuul Mehta, and Siddharth Shukla.
7. IGT Season 7 Winner: Suleiman

This time show judges and hosts were the same, Bharti Singh and Siddharth Shukla. There was a lot of talent in the 7th season of the show including the Brijwasi Brothers, Raju and Sachin, The Mangniyar Seduction, Rock On, and Incredible Mallakhamb but the incredible flutist Suleiman, won India’s Got Talent Season 7. While Papai and Antara were the ones who came second. This time the show was having 50 lakhs as the winning amount.
8. IGT Season 8 Winner: Magician Javed Khan

India’s Got Talent Season 8, the winner of the show was magician Javed Khan. Javed who works in an IT firm has done mechanical engineering. The show is judged by the same trio, Kirron Kher, Karan Johar, and Malaika Arora. As a host, laughter queen Bharti Singh was seen.
9. IGT Season 9 Winner: Divyansh and Manuraj

Prize Money: INR 20 lakhs
The 9th season was hosted by Arjun Bijlani. Kirron Kher continued serving as a judge for the ninth season with a new batch of judges Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Baadshah, and Manoj Muntashir. The Flute and Beat Box Duo Divyansh & Manuraj won the season.
