This year, The Motor City Machine Guns have taken over the match card as Alex Shelley defends the Impact World Title against Nick Aldis.
Aldis is a former Impact and the NWA champion. Meanwhile, Chris Sabin will also defend his Impact X Division Title against Lio Rush. Aside from title matches, Slammiversary will also bring back the Ultimate X match.
