What Exactly Happened in Chapter 103
Gu Changge has no knowledge of their family history. So either he intends to treat them as slaves or he is actively seeking scapegoats for his future deeds. The person they seek is his mortal enemy since he can immediately identify if he is the demonic heir and the reincarnated elder of a powerful place. And there will be carnage to see in the following chapter.
This literary adaptation, however, is very different from the original. The manhwa is more faithful to his character than the light novel, for example. Gu Changge, the protagonist of the tale, goes from feeling sorry for his wife to considering murder after she insults him.
