The author of the Hunter x Hunter, Yoshihiro Togashi has confirmed that the work on the upcoming chapter that is Chapter 401 is under progress and the chapter will be out soon, know its predicted release date
For those who are unsure, let us make it clear, the Hunter x Hunter remains one of the most iconic manga and anime franchise. Although the series has taken the social media platform so many times because of its unique story and craze amongst the fans.
However, the series has been on a hiatus for a while now with the health condition of the author, Togashi being quoted as the reason behind the inconsistent delays.
Now thankfully, the author himself have confirmed that they are slowly making the upcoming chapter of the Hunter x Hunter series. Let us remind you, in December, last year, the makers had announced that the series will be going on a hiatus following a discussion about the author’s health.
Hunter x Hunter manga chapter 401 likely release date as Yoshihiro Togashi provides latest update
Now as the author announced the chapter being in progress, it will be released sooner. However, as per various reports, the series won’t be released weekly, bi-weekly or even on monthly basis but the makers will release new content whenever author and his team completes the chapter.
Today, On March 9, Togashi took to his Twitter and shared a new updated concerning the release of Chapter 401 with the fans. The author wrote “Although the production system has not been solidified yet for the manga, I am glad that my working time at the desk is gradually increasing little by little.”
For those who are curious to know more about the release date of Chapter 401 of the series, let us tell you, though makers have confirmed that they are working on the upcoming chapter, however, they didn’t mentioned any specific release date.
Let us remind you, the last chapter of the series, was released back on December 25, 2022. As per several reports, the upcoming chapter of the series is expected to be out before the end of April 2023.
As of now the manga has released a total of 37 complete Tankobon volumes which have been released in the Japan with chapter 391 to 400 set to be included in the upcoming volume, which is yet to be released.
The international readers of the manga series can read all 36 volumes online as well after purchasing the digital copies from e-commerce websites such as Amazon, Waterstones, Google Play, and Apple iBooks.
