Adding his name to the lengthy pile of well wishers was rapper Lil Wayne with Weezy sending in a video message for Fury prior to his matchup.

The rapper is seen talking about how he’s a massive fan of Fury in the video. Lil Wayne is bound to have been left ecstatic after Fury ended up wiping the floor with Wilder as he schooled him in round 11 to win via knockout.
“October 9, 2021, will go down in history as a great fight. Don’t ever doubt me. When the chips are down, I can always deliver.”
“Deontay Wilder is so tough but he has no love for me because I beat him three times. I am a sportsman, I went over to show love and respect but he didn’t want to give it back,” Fury said after his win.
The clash which was the concluder of the three match series between the two saw Fury take home the trilogy 2-0. He had knocked out Wilder in the second face off as well while the first one had been declared a draw.
The win also saw Fury hang onto his WBC heavyweight title as he extended his unbeaten record in the world of boxing.
