Drake’s affinity with the land of NBA and its players is well documented. Across the last manifold years, the rapper has graced the land of the showpiece league on multitude occasions with him captured in attendance during games.

And Drake was quick to peddle out his love towards the competition in his new album, Certified Lover Boy. From Kawhi Leonard dancing in Way 2 Sexy and Giannis Antetokounmpo being referenced, Drake ensured he roped in his friends in his album.

However, Drake also decided to name drop Ayesha Curry, the wife of Steph Curry in a song. Ardent listeners of the album were quick to nail down on the lyrics for Ayesha in the song Race My Mind.

The verse goes like, “How I’m supposed to wife it you not ayesha enough,” lyrics which are in praise of Steph’s wife.

While Steph hasn’t commented on the lyrics, he took to Twitter to congratulate Drake on his new album.

The Curry family meanwhile finds itself embroiled in a controversy ever since news of Dell and Sonya Curry filing for a divorce became public. The two’s squabble has turned sour with both accusing each other of extramarital affairs with Dell claiming Sonya was in a lengthy relationship with old Patriots’ player, Steven Johnson.

In the midst of this mudslinging at each other, Sonya was also linked to Drake with reports claiming the two were dating each other as Steph’s mother admitted she was in a relationship.
