According to various reports, the film-maker Nadiadwala has signed up the idea of bringing back the next instalment of the film as the script is currently being worked on.
If we talk about the first instalment of the franchise, it was released back in 2010 followed by its sequel in 2012, 2016 and 2019. Now, the movie is back with its another upcoming sequel.
Housefull 5 Star Cast
The producer, Sajid Nadiadwala, whose home banner i.e, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment (NGE) is planning to bring back Housefull 5 have reportedly announced that they are planning to bring the entire Housefull universe under one roof.
The production house has reportedly said that they will be bringing back all actors of the franchise that have worked with the film so far under one roof.
So apart from the franchise regulars i.e, Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, we might be able to see big personalities such as:
Deepika Padukone,
John Abraham,
Jacqueline Fernandez,
Abhishek Bachchan,
Bobby Deol,
Kriti Sanon,
Pooja Hegde, and
Kriti Kharbanda.
As of now, the production house is reportedly trying to create a plot which could justify the presence of all actors together in Housefull 5. The release date is not known but its likely to be out in 2023.
As per report, the Nadiadwala has locked the plot and is currently busy finalising the story and screenplay for the film.
As per a report by the Pinkvilla, a source revealed that, “Sajid Nadiadwala has the plan of bringing an entire universe of his Housefull franchise under one roof ever since the release of Housefull 4.
“He has been trying to crack a plot that justifies the presence of all the characters and he finally has the plot locked. He is currently in the process of finalising a story and screenplay around his idea.”
The report further stated that, “The idea is to take Housefull 5 on floors late next year. Housefull 5 has been in the development stage for quite some time, and now the ambition is getting closer to reality.
However as of now neither the producer Sajid Nadiadwala nor the actor’s have made any comment or statement related to the announcement.
