Season 1, Episode 7 of House of Dragons has been titled “Driftmark.” The episode is all set to premiere on upcoming Sunday, October 2 at around 9 pm ET on HBO Max and HBO.
The international time for the releasing of the episode is:

October 2, 8 pm, Central Standard Time,
October 3, 2 am, British Standard Time,

The upcoming episode i.e, Episode 7 of House of Dragons has been directed by Miguel Sapochnik.
He has also directed much-acclaimed episodes of the prequel series Game of Thrones, including Battle of the Bastards, Hardhome, WInds on Winter and The Long Night.
The 7th episode will see the return of Prince Daemon to Westeros after his wife, Lady Laena Velaryon’s death. HBO has released a preview of the episode on the platform, which promises a lot of drama and action.
The preview begins with the visuals of Lady Laena’s funeral, which brings the Targaryen family together. However the episode seems to intensify soon as the Queen is seen grabbing a knife while Princess Rhaenyra fights back.
To add more layers to the conflict of the iron throne, the seventh episode will show Otto Hightower has returned to King’s Landing, possibly as the Hand of the King.
Meanwhile, Lady Laena’s dragon Vhagar is reported missing which might cause more problems to the Targaryen House.
