What exactly happened so far?
The previous chapter starts with Lady Lucrezia thanking Adel and Cesare for the lunch. Cesare knew that he wanted to make sure that Lucrezia would help Adel 100%. That’s why he even gave a small kiss on her cheeks which boosted her wish to help Adel.
But after she left, Adel thanked him for inviting Lady Lucrezia. Cesare could she that Adel was indeed behaving strangely since that day. He was not able to understand why she acted like that in the club because when he tried to do the same thing, she lashed him with a knife.
But he knew that she was already booked for the Erza and he dosen’t need to do anything for the shoeshiner now. Adel on the other hand, started to practice for waltz dance for her upcoming debut in the high society.
Then, the birthday banquet night finally came when high nobles started to come one after the other. All the talk was about Cesare’s sister who appeared nowhere and was supposed to be blood-related. Even Ladu Lucrezia was invited so everyone wanted to see the so-called sister of Cesare. In the upcoming chapter, Adel will debut in the noble society as Cesare sibling.
