The makers of Hectopascals have announced the release date of chapter 39 as they said next chapter of the manga series will be out soon
For those who are unsure of what happened in the manga series so far, let us make it clear, previous chapter showed us Kim Donghun recounts the events of two years ago in the incident involving Cheonsoo and Park Munyeong.
Park Munyeong and his lackeys had jumped and abducted Donghun in order to draw Han Joon to them and defeat them. When the building they were in burned down, Munyeong blamed Han Joon for everything, and Han Joon was eventually sued by Cheonsoo.

Cheonsoo makes his move now that Han Joon is awake, telling Moongil that he will delegate responsibility for Kim Donghun and Han Joon to Munyeong. Moongil tells Cheonsoo that he would rather deal with Han Joon personally than waste valuable resources on him. They finally start their plan. Munyeong simultaneously jumps Han Joon and Donghun, dealing them surprise attacks.
They show Donghun a photo of Han Joon, which confuses him because he suspects Munyeong is up to something again. Munyeong sends Han Joon a fabricated picture of Donghun bound and beaten up, pleading with him to come and save Donghun. Han Joon rushes to the given address, completely unaware that the photo had been manipulated by Munyeong and that Donghun is fine and safe.
