In-hae offers to advance the date of “Blood Day” as a token of appreciation, but Woo-hyeol declines.
Having no idea of the threat to his life, In-hae gladly accepts after hearing that he is delaying safeguarding her. That evening over dinner, when Do-sik and Man-who meet to discuss future plans. Dong-il is left worrying about In-hae’s connection with Woo-hyeol. In-hae receives a letter from the court the following day. The letter contains the court’s directive to pay Hae-won, and Woo-hyeol gets worried by the information. He tries to persuade Hae-won to give up the property. Sang-hae questions Dong-il whether he has any knowledge of the gold in the basement.
