In their first season in the Premier League (PKL), the Steelers made it to the playoffs and had a great season. The squad’s triumph was short-lived, though, as they finished bottom in Zone A during the 2018–19 season.
But in the elimination stage, Haryana Steelers’ error on defence against U Mumba kept them from winning the cup. When everything is taken into account, the 2019 campaign was one of the team’s best.
