Gotham Knights Story Length And Time Needed To Beat Story Mode

Warner Bros. Montreal’s Gotham Knights is set to launch very soon, find out how long it takes to beat the story mode and its length along with max level and new game plus explanations

Gotham Knights Game Story Length And Time Needed To Beat Story Mode

Gotham Knights is an open-world game, so the length of finishing the game solely depends on the player’s actions.

Game Reviews

So far Gotham Knights has received a pretty mixed reception. Metacritic currently gives it a 69 on their site. The vibrant open-world, fantastic foursome, and slew of Easter eggs are surely some plus points to the game.

However, some fans have criticised the repetitive missions and the combat in comparison to Arkham. While the reviews are mixed, almost everyone agrees that the game offers a solid campaign to beat.

Gotham Knights Story Mode Completion Time

The story mode for Gotham Knights will roughly take around 20-hours to complete. This information comes courtesy of Pushsquare‘s review.

However, Gamespot states that the campaign mode takes up around 30-hours. This means that the game completion length can differ depending on how you play.

Notably, since the game is open-world, in-game exploration will determine how much time a player spends in Gotham City.

Moreover, the Gotham Knights includes side villains, as well as re-occurring side activities that players need to routinely complete to rid Gotham of crime every night.

Players can opt to play two-person co-op throughout the entirety of the story. However, there is no way of enjoying the campaign with four friends.

The good news however, is that Warner Bros. Montreal will release a separate four-person co-op mode in a free update.

Max Level And New Game Plus

The max level cap for Gotham Knights is currently 30, but will go up to 40 with new game plus. Powerpyx and their platinum trophy roadmap shared this information.

Players need to complete the story on any difficulty to unlock new game plus. Once it starts, it overwrites their first playthrough while carrying over all of their abilities, suits etc.

Interestingly enough, Powerpyx’s roadmap claims it is a 3/10 in regard to the difficulty level of obtaining the platinum.

Their roadmap also contains a list of all the main missions in Gotham Knights as well as the three villain cases.
