Bronckhorst has signed a three-and-a-half year deal with Rangers which will keep him as the club’s head coach till 2025. However, Bronckhorst did not debut with the club as manager for this game.

Bronckhorst Career And Manager Stats
The Dutchman started off his coaching career at Feyenoord, first under former Barcelona and Netherlands star Ronald Koeman and then under Fred Rutten. He eventually earned the position as manager of the Rotterdam club for the 2015-16 season.
In his first full season with the club, he won the Dutch Cup, and then later guided Feyenoord to their first league title in 18 years in the year 2017. Not just this, he also helped the club clench the Joyan Cruyff Shield twice, along with another Dutch Cup, before departing from Feyenoord by the time the 2018/19 season wrapped up.
Post Feyenoord, Van Bronckhorst got some more experience under his belt while working within the City Football Group, a holding company that owns clubs like Manchester City among others. As for his most recent managerial job, the Dutchman was head coach of Guangzhou R&F in the Chinese Super League.
Unfortunately, his time at the Chinese club was interrupted as a result of the pandemic which is why he headed back home to his family in Netherlands. But now, Bronckhorst is all set to take over the Scottish champions as their new mentor.
