The old Denver player who is one of LeBron’s James’ biggest admirers was left enamoured by Giannis’ showings as he admitted that the land of the NBA currently sees Giannis as its best player.

“I’m willing to concede right now that Giannis is the best player in the NBA,” Sharpe wrote on Twitter.

While Giannis was outstanding this season, he still has some way to go before he can level LeBron James when it comes to NBA wins. Where this was Giannis’ inaugural win, LeBron James has already won it one four occasions with the most recent being the 2020 triumph with LA Lakers.
