The New York Giants receiver Sterling Shepard and supermodel Chanel Iman’s marriage ended earlier this year. The couple has two kids, which can often add to the difficulty of a divorce. The 31-year-old model made headlines on Sunday, July 24, when she posted a picture of her two children, Cali, 3, and Cassie, 2, along with her boyfriend Davon Godchaux’s son, Davon Jr., while they were on vacation.
Iman captioned the photo from Miami, which showed the 6-year-old boy holding the two sisters in his arms as they wore matching white jumpsuits. Godchaux, 27, replied to his girlfriend’s beautiful remark by saying, “Family.”
Chanel was unfortunate because Sterling’s mother commented on the post and expressed her displeasure.
Cheri certainly didn’t like the post.
Cheri wasn’t really pleased with the picture of her granddaughters with the son of the New England Patriots player, though. The estranged relative allegedly wrote, “This is ludicrous,” according to Bossip.

The mother allegedly sent DMs to followers who were inquiring as to what was going on. Shepard’s mother feels that it is “too soon” to introduce Chanel’s new boyfriend to her grandchildren.
Devon was allegedly arrested for “domestic violence” and “child endangerment” many years ago, according to Shepard’s mother, who also claims that she is concerned about Devon.
Iman and the 29-year-old New York Giants player filed for divorce in June 2021 following a low-key separation, according to a January report by Us Weekly. Before divorcing, the couple had been married for three years. But they have not officially separated yet.
