New characters to watch in version 3.1
Genshin Impact announced on August 22, 2022, that version 3.1 will have new Suméro characters called Cyno, Nilou and Candace. Prior to the 3.0 release, the characters in version 3.1 were unveiled.

When will a new Cyno character arrive in Genshin Impact?
The new character of Cyno will be visible in the Genshin Impact 3.1 update and the release date of version 3.1 is September 28. The news was confirmed by Hoyoverse during the 3.0 special programme Livestream. There is a strong possibility that the premiere of 3.1 will be held at the Tokyo Gameshow on September 15.
Cyno will be seen in Genshin Impact on September 28, otherwise it could be released on Phase 2 which can be stretched until October 18.

A reliable source Zeniet has revealed that Cyno is going to be a 5 star character, whereas the official Twitter account of Genshin Impact has revealed that the character uses the electro element.
Here are the leaked abilities and skills of the new character Cyno-
• Elemental Burst: Weapons will infuse electro, enabling Cyno to change his elemental skills and normal attacks. The range and damage of Elemental skills will also increase.
• Elemental Skill: The skills CD is very low and Dash forward to dealing with damages will be seen.
• Talent: Based on Cyno’s EM, the damage of Cyno’s Elemental skills will increase accordingly. C6 suits the Artifact ‘‘Thundering Fury’’.
