MiHoYo, the creator of Genshin Impact, has released a new banner character named Shikanoin Heizou, with leaks revealing his elemental abilities, ascension materials, and that he is a 4-star hero
There’s still no word on when version 2.7 will be released, and we have no idea when the live stream will take place. Despite the dearth of dates, we do know that it features newcomers Yelan and Kuki Shinobu as its main protagonists.
Genshin Impact 2.8 Update Leaks Shikanoin Heizou Ascension Materials, Abilities, Weapon, Skills For 4-Star Banner Character
While Yelan and Kuki’s entrance is fantastic, miHoYo has unveiled yet another new character who will appear in version 2.8.
The following are Shikanoin Heizou’s leaked elemental talents from Genshin Impact 4-stars:
Heartstopper Strike is an elemental skill:
Heizou tap Anemo DMG is dealt with by using the rapid winds to deliver a Heartstopper Strike.
Hold Charges energy for a more powerful punch. While charging, he will gain the Declension effect, which will boost the potency of the Heartstopper Strike. He will strike forward, delivering Anemo DMG, once the skill button is released or the skill has finished charging.
Declension: This makes the following Heartstopper Strike more powerful. 4 stacks maximum When Heizou has four Declension stacks, the Conviction effect is activated, making the following Hearstopper Strike even more powerful and with a bigger AoE.
Windmuster Attack: Elemental Burst
Leaps into the air and kicks his opponent with the Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger, causing AoE Anemo DMG.
When Vacuum Slugger strikes opponents that are affected by Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro, Windmuster Iris will appear and explode after a few whiles, dealing AoE DMG of the relevant elemental type.
With the Windmuster Iris, Vacuum Slugger may inflict a maximum of 4 opponents.
Windmuster Irises of various components cannot be used on the same opponent at the same time.

Shikanoin Heizou’s Normal Attack SPD is enhanced by 15% for five seconds after he enters the field.
For Heartstopper Strike, he additionally obtains 1 Declension stack. This effect can be activated once every ten seconds.
Collection of evidence:
Windmuster Kick’s Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger will drag in close opponents as it bursts.
Book of Esoteric Puzzles:
Heartstopper Strike’s level is increased by three. The highest upgrade level is 15.
The Lies Tome:
Shikanoin Heizou will regain 9 Elemental Energy from the initial Windmuster Iris eruption in each Windmuster Kick.
Each successive explosion in that Windmuster Kick will give Heizou an extra 1.5 Energy.
In this method, one Windmuster Kick may recover 13.5 Energy for Heizou.
Windmuster Kick’s Level is increased by 3 by using the Secret Archive. The highest upgrade level is 15.
Curious Case Files: Each stack of Declension increases the CRIT Rate of the Heartstopper Strike released by 4%.
The CRIT DMG of this Heartstopper Strike is boosted by 32% when Heizou has Conviction.
Passive Skills:
Pre-Existing Guilt: Reduces sprinting stamina use by 20% for members of your own party.
Passive Talents that give the same effects are not stackable.
Heizou will get 1 Declension attack for Heartstopper Strike if he initiates a Swirl response while on the field.
Once every 0.1s, this effect might be activated.
Penetrative Reasoning: Increases all party members’ Elemental Mastery by 80 for 10 seconds after Heizou’s Heartstopper Strike hits an opponent.
