It is impossible to say when it will be playable from the above time because miHoYo may complete maintenance sooner or later than predicted. On that note, five hours before the countdown concludes, Genshin Impact 2.7 will necessary for maintaining.

- 6:00 AM (UTC+8) = When maintenance begins
- 11:00 AM (UTC+8) = When the game becomes playable again

New players should be aware that the game would become unplayable in the literal sense once maintenance begins. It will only be played once it has finished, which is normally five hours after they began. Travellers should be aware that the game will be unavailable from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in this situation.
