Even though he made an effort to settle the conflict, LSG player Amit Mishra ended up battling with Virat Kohli, a former Indian teammate.

After the game, Virat and Naveen also had an awkward handshake during which the RCB batsman appeared to be offended by the Afghanistan pacer.

A little while later, LSG captain KL Rahul appeared to have attempted to defuse the atmosphere between the two as well.

While Rahul, his captain, appealed Naveen to talk to Kohli, it appeared in another video that he refused.

Later, as Kohli and Gambhir argued about what happened during the final few overs on the pitch, a fight between the two cricketing greats broke out.

The conversation between Gambhir and Kohli most likely started with Kyle Mayers and Virat Kohli.

After that occurrence, Gambhir and Kohli were challenged to stop. For breaking the Code of Conduct, the IPL fined Naveen, Gambhir, and Kohli significantly.

While Gambhir and Kohli each received 100% fines on their respective match fees, Naveen only received a 50% fine.
