The platform was created for teenagers between the ages of 14 and 20 so, that they can gain real-world experience working with companies.

Firstly, Shark Amit and Shark Namita offered โ‚น25 Lakh for 10% equity and an additional โ‚น25 Lakh for debt, valuing Funngro company at โ‚น2.5 Crore. However, the pitcher’s proposed valuation range for their convertible note was much lower than what the sharks were offering, leading to a revised offer.

Later, Shark Amit and Shark Namita came up with a new offer, valuing the company at โ‚น12 Crore, which was much lower than the initial valuation proposed by the founders. Under the revised offer, the sharks offered โ‚น50 Lakh for 4.16% equity, which the pitcher accepted, finalizing the deal.
