Goal-keeper

Alphonse Areola ( West Ham United- £4.1m) has made impressive improvements to his goal keeping skills which is also credit to the West Ham defence that could help inflict another clean sheet.

Defenders

Trent Alexander-Arnold ( Liverpool – £8.5m) has regained his momentum from the previous season with consistent attempts on goal followed by his defensive capabilities.

Vladimír Coufal ( West Ham United – £4.7m) was rested in the last match but his presence has made a huge impact on containing the opposition resulting in consistent clean sheets.

Malo Gusto ( Chelsea – £4.2 m) holds immense potential but lacks consistency which should allow him to make the most of his game time and provide attacking chances as seen in some of his games.

Midfielders

Kevin de Bruyne ( Manchester City – £10.2m) will be set to make his long awaited comeback to the premier league and could start off directly by finding goals and assists making him a crucial pick to replace Salah.

Phil Foden ( Manchester City – £7.8m) has provided 3 assists and 1 goal in the last 4 matches to become a reliable player in the City squad which can continue to build up in the upcoming weeks.

Diogo Jota ( Liverpool – £7.7m) recently made his way back to the starting 11 after injury and has already scored a goal and 2 assists in the last 2 matches making him our prime choice for this gameweek

Cole Palmer ( Chelsea- £5.6m) was impressive in the last match with a goal and 2 assists to his name, he could prove beneficial as he holds the spot kick and several attacking chances for the team.

Jarrod Bowen ( West Ham- £8.1m) can find a goal and assist but lacks consistency this season which can be worked on as they face Sheffield United this game week to add to their strong momentum.

Forwards

Erling Haaland (Manchester City – £13.9m) was out because of injury but could be set to make his way back to the starting 11 against Newcastle making him our prime choice for this week.

Ollie Watkins ( Aston Villa – £8.9m) provided 2 assists in the last but holds greater potential which can be seen against Everton in their match this week.

Substitutes

Martin Dubravka ( Newcastle United – £4.2m) will be on the bench this week as they face in-form Manchester City.
