However, the nature of the video is still unknown along with why its gone viral with it not available anywhere despite trending.
While a string of sites have claimed to have the link to the video, they are nothing more than clickbait with Reddit unable to provide an answer to what the contents of the video really are at the moment.
These videos are also often called “Ghapa Ghap videos” by users and use suggestive thumbnails, misleading audio, and captions like “Watch full video without VPN on Fooni Fun” to grab your attention. Ghapa Ghap refers to s*x in Hindi and is a slang used by Indians but the content of these viral videos isn’t known.
Meanwhile, Air India dismissed four senior executives from its ground-handling joint venture, Air India SATS (AISATS), following the circulation of a viral video that showed staff celebrating at the company’s Gurugram office. According to reports, the office party allegedly took place just days after the tragic crash of the Ahmedabad–London AI 171 flight, which crashed shortly after takeoff. The footage, widely shared on social media, drew sharp criticism as the incident had claimed 260 lives, including 241 passengers.

AISATS, a joint venture between Air India and Singapore’s SATS Ltd, issued a statement on June 27 expressing regret and confirming disciplinary action. The company described the conduct as a serious lapse in judgment and reiterated its commitment to empathy, professionalism, and accountability. While the exact date of the video remained unclear, reports indicated it was filmed in the immediate aftermath of the June 12 disaster. The four sacked executives were believed to have organized the office celebration.
Meanwhile, authorities retrieved key data from the aircraft’s black boxes as part of the crash investigation. The civil aviation ministry confirmed that the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) extracted data from the crash-protected memory unit and began analyzing recordings from the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) and flight data recorder (FDR).
Following internal discussions, Indian authorities also agreed to grant the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) observer status in the probe. Officials indicated that the move aimed to ensure transparency in the investigation process. AISATS functions as a 50-50 joint venture between Air India Ltd—now owned by the Tata Group—and Singapore-based SATS Ltd, a leading provider of gateway services and food solutions. The company confirmed the dismissal of the four senior officials involved in the office party and indicated that several others had received formal warnings. A spokesperson remarked that the conduct in question failed to reflect the organization’s values, adding that strict disciplinary measures had been enforced.
