What Did The Prosecutors Say About Show Throwing Allegation Of Antonio Brown By His Baby Mama Chelsie Kyriss?

Before reaching a final charging decision, which could have included escalating the allegation to a felony, investigators requested an in-person statement under oath from the woman. But in an interview on December 16th, the woman denied “Mr. Brown’s intent to attack her or cause her bodily harm,” as stated in a statement released by the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office.

A fresh piece of information offered by the woman, the body camera footage from the scene, the findings of the Child Protective Services inquiry, and the decision to not issue a temporary protection order were all taken into account by the investigators. As a result, “we could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt a battery took place,” the statement from the state attorney’s office read.
