Directed by Kim Jae-hong and written by Kim Ba-da, Flex X Cop drama offers action and intrigue with a touch of wealth and adventure with its ending now explained
Flex X Cop follows the story of a wealthy young man who ends up joining a crime-fighting team after getting caught up in an incident. Using his money and connections, he helps the team catch criminals who are hard for the police to nab. Ahn Bo-hyun played Jin I-soo, and Park Ji-hyun portrayed Lee Gang-hyun in the SBS series.
In the ending episode of Flex X Cop, which aired on March 23, the main character finally chose his dream job and caught the bad guy. This exciting conclusion wraps up the story, based on the Russian show Silver Spoon with a satisfying ending.

In ending episode of Flex X Cop, Jin I-soo suspects his brother Jin Seungju might be responsible for their parents’ death. Despite Team Leader Gang-hyun’s attempts to convince him otherwise, I-soo believes his brother’s innocence and accuses Hee-ja instead.
Meanwhile, Lee Hyung-jun from Flex X Cop discovers unidentified fingerprints from children involved in I-soo’s mother’s case in 1988 and sends them for analysis. As I-soo gathers more clues, his suspicion towards Seung-ju grows.

Hyung-jin informs Gang-hyun about the fingerprints, advising her to wait for results before starting a new investigation. I-soo asked Mr. Choi about Seungju’s car accident on the day of their mother’s death. Mr. Choi said Seungju was in Wonjung Hospital. I-soo shared this with Gang-hyun, who started investigating in Flex X Cop.
She discovered that the accident happened 20 years ago at 34 Gangha 1-dong, the same place where I-soo and his mother lived in Flex X Cop. I-soo went to Seungju’s inauguration as Chairman of Hansu Group and asked if he saw their mother on the day she died, but Seungju denied it, claiming he didn’t even know where it happened.

Later, I-soo got the fingerprint results at the police station. Seungju fired Mr. Choi for accusing him of the murder, while Hee-ja attempted suicide. I-soo concluded Seungju was the culprit and invited him over. Meanwhile, Gang-hyun learned about the fingerprint results and a missing gun from the storage room.
Seungju and I-soo finally met at I-soo’s home. I-soo offered Seungju juice but he refused. I-soo talked about the fingerprints found at their mother’s crime scene and asked if Seungju killed her, which he denied. As Seungju was leaving, I-soo pulled out a gun and questioned him further. Then, the scene switched to the past where Seungju learned about his parents’ divorce.
He asked Kim Seon-young if she would marry his father, but she said no. Seon-young went to make noodles for Seungju but got texts about the divorce from Myeong-chul, which Seungju saw. He decided to mix her juice with too many sleeping pills, causing her death. He then kept her body in the bathtub.
Eventually, Seungju confessed his crimes, leading to a showdown with I-soo. He admitted to killing his parents to secure his position as the chairman of Hansu. When asked why he was kind to I-soo, Seungju said he seemed pitiful. During the fight, Seungju grabbed the gun and pointed it at I-soo, saying his mother’s case had no evidence and his father’s case had expired.
He threatened to claim self-defence if he killed I-soo. However, I-soo revealed that Myeong-chul knew Seungju wasn’t his biological son and still accepted him. I-soo condemned Seungju for killing such a kind person. Seungju tried to kill himself with the gun, but it failed. Soon, the Investigation Team arrived at the scene.
Gang-hyun held a press conference where she announced Seungju’s confession. I-soo and Hyung-jin had a heartfelt conversation. Seungju was sentenced to life in prison.
The investigation teams were surprised and asked about his company. He said he wasn’t fit to be Hansu group’s chairman, so he handed it over to Mr. Choi Jeong-hun whom he trusted. Afterward, I-soo received a call about a new case and the team, including Gang-hyun, Jun-young, and Kyung-jin, went to the crime scene.
They were happy that I-soo was back, and they could work together as a team to solve the case in Flex X Cop.
Flex X Cop season 2
A representative from Flex X Cop confirmed the drama would have a second season. They mentioned the screenwriter is already working on the script, and the original cast is expected to return for the new season but an official release date hasn’t been given yet.
