Nick Mongeau Racially Abuses Emmanuel Ogbah
Its a predicament which is refusing to leave the global stage with sports in particular seeing players subjected to vitriol. Miami Dolphins’ Emmanuel Ogbah has become the latest player to have to encounter racial tirade with him taking to Twitter to reveal the diatribe he faced from a person on Instagram.
Sharing a screenshot of the message he had received, Ogbah talked about how the vile nature of the words was something he just couldn’t ignore. A person by the name of Nick Mongeau went onto call Ogbah a “half f**king n**ger” before eventually deleting his social media platforms after the controversy blew up.

Nick has been identified as a Rhode State Island University student with the university releasing a statement saying that it had opened up an investigation into Nick. Nick had decided to send the abuse to Ogbah after the Dolphins had lost 23-20 to the Jaguars at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
“I write tonight to underscore for every member of our community that the University of Rhode Island is an institution committed to rejecting racism in all its forms.
“The University learned today of an offensive, unacceptable and racist comment posted to social media earlier today, allegedly by one of our students. This language is abhorrent and has no place in a community that is deeply committed to anti-racism.
“Given the significance of this issue, the University has taken immediate action and referred the matter to the University student conduct process for review,” Rhode Island State university President Marc Parlange said in a statement.
