The India hockey team arrived in Johannesburg on February 4 for FIH Pro League 2022 hockey matches vs South Africa and France, which will take place from February 8 to 13
Lalit Kumar Upadhyay, a veteran attacker, and Jaskaran Singh, a midfielder, were both ruled out at the last minute owing to “sickness.”
The team lead by Manpreet Singh will travel to Johannesburg via Doha. On February 8, they will face France, and on February 9, they will face South Africa. On February 12, they will face France once more, followed by a match against hosts South Africa the following day.
