The event will be held for the 22nd time. The event will take place in Qatar from November 20 to December 18, 2022. After the 2002 World Cup, which was held in South Korea and Japan, this will be the second World Cup to be held only in Asia.
It will also be the first World Cup to be held in the Arab world. The tournament will also have the final 32 teams. In 2026, when the game is in the United States, Mexico, and Canada, there will be 48 teams.

The pre-booking has already started, but it won’t be open to the public until November 20, 2022. A few games will be played in Qatar, and you can choose the dates of the games you want to see and do everything else by looking at their website.
The online Last Minute Sales Phase is currently open and will run until the end of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 on 18 December and we advise football fans to purchase their desired tickets (subject to availability) as soon as the sales phase opens, as tickets will likely sell out quickly.
During this sales period, tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and ticket purchases are processed as a real-time transaction, subject to availability and alll successfully purchased tickets will be confirmed immediately to the ticket applicants.
From 18 October 2022, customers already in Qatar can visit the FIFA Main Ticketing Centre (MTC) located at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), and from 30 October 2022 the Ticketing Centre (TCX) located in Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena (ABHA Arena in Al Sadd) for ticket purchases.
