On May 20, 2023, the competition begins in Argentina.
Argentina will host the FIFA U20 World Cup in 2023, where 24 nations will fight for the title from May 20 to June 11, 2023. Argentina, who didn’t qualify for the football event, offered to take over once Indonesia’s hosting rights were taken away. In the country, the event was also held in 2001.
The competition is recognised as the cradle of future stars and has featured legends of the game including Diego Maradona, Lionel Messi, Andrés Iniesta, Ronaldinho, and Luis Figo. Argentina will crown a new champion after successfully defending their title because the Ukrainian champions were unable to move on to the European qualifying rounds.
