The final of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 will see Algeria taking on Tunisia in what is going to be an intense final between the two North African neighbours. The Algerian side are the favourites to clench the title since they are also the defending champions of the AFCON Cup. But Tunisia’s strength should also not be underestimated as they can surprise the world with their might as well.

The final will take place on Saturday, 18th December at the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor. As for the third place spot, it’s either going to be Egypt or hosts Qatar with the latter side vying to win a bronze medal at all costs for the pride of their nation, since the game will be played on their home soil.

The Cup was then played in 1964 and then in 1966, after which it was contested straight in 1985 i.e. after almost 20 years. Iraq holds the title for being the most successful side to have played the Cup, having won it a total of four times.
