What, got confused? Let us simplify it for you. Earlier, when users played Wildcard and Free Hit chips, their saved transfers used to reset to zero.
However, now your saved transfers will no longer reset to zero. It simply means players can save upto 5 free transfers and can play any of the chips they want with still having 5 free transfers in the following game week.

Though, previously users were able to keep 2 free transfers when it comes to using the Bench Boost and Boost and Triple Captain chips, however, now in this case, users can bank the extra 3 free transfers.

Additionally, now weโll have the new pitch design for the FPL Challenge. It was introduced to enhance usability for users.
Apart from this, players cards have also been added offering enhanced information to the players for substitution or transfer.
In this season, each goal scored by a goalkeeper will earn them maximum 10 points this will go up from 6 points. Bonus Points System has been changed. The new BPS includes:
Saving a penalty will now be worth 9BPS, down from 15.
Goalkeepers and defenders conceding a goal will be worth 4BPS.
A goalline clearance will be worth 3BPS.
A foul won will be worth 1BPS.
A shot on target will be worth 2BPS.
Meanwhile, the schedule Fantasy Cup for this season is also reportedly different than the last one. This season the FA Cup will have fewer clashes.
While no official announcement has been made regarding the FPL 2024/25 launch date, a recent statement from Fantasy Premier League HQ has provided a clue as they said, “You may even get an exclusive player reveal or two on Tuesday! On the same day, Premier League account users opted in to Fantasy emails will get a wrap of all the price reveals from 16:00 BST.”
This statement suggests that the game could potentially launch anytime from 16:00 BST on the mentioned Tuesday but no official start date is known yet.
