Fantasy Boys first Kpop group final 12 members lineup and their profile

After the conclusion of MBC’s latest idol reality program, Fantasy Boys, the newest Kpop group unveiled all of its members, know the lineup profile

The show premiered on March 30, 2023, and ended in a live finale on June 8, 2023, when the last twelve contestants were revealed.

Potential trainees from countries including Japan, China, the USA, Australia, and Thailand participated in the show, which was billed as a male counterpart to the popular Korean variety show My Teenage Girl. Privately held auditions were held around the world in advance of the presentation.

Hikaru

Hikaru, a Japanese national born on September 14, 2003, is one of the first members of his group to make it big. He took part in the show after four years of training and will soon be a member of the vocal team. Hikaru had finished fourth in the semi-finals but had to settle for eleventh place to make the finals roster.

Kaedan

Kaedan, an American who has only been practicing for two months, made it into the premiere cast of the MBC show. He is one of the younger members of Fantasy Boys, having been born on March 24, 2009, making him fourteen years old.

K-Soul

K-Soul has been included in the final Fantasy Boys lineup despite the controversy surrounding his participation in the event. He has appeared in Chinese reality shows and was a member of the C-pop group Mu Ji Shao Nian. The Chinese idol finished ninth overall, falling from fifth in the semi-finals to that spot in the finals.

Kim Woo-seok

Kim Woo-seok, the younger brother of Suzy of MAJORS, was born into a K-pop family. He entered the competition on March 12th, 2004, and finished third in the semifinals, keeping him in the top ten and thus a member of Fantasy Boys.

Kang Min-seo

To ensure his membership in Fantasy Boys, Kang Min-seo moved up from 11th to 7th in the series’ final episode. The Korean national spent a year as a trainee before making her debut. Now since he’s 21, he’s one of the senior members of the boy band.

Hikari

Hikari, born on January 21, 2001, joined the K-pop group’s official debut lineup alongside fellow Japanese member Hikaru. He spent a total of one year and eight months as a trainee with KISS Entertainment, where he learned the ropes of the rap game. Hikari placed sixth in the second-to-last episode.

Lee Han-bin

Lee Han-bin, who was born on November 20th, 2001, was a trainee with EZ Entertainment until he joined MBC’s idol survival show. Han-bin, a native Korean, advanced five spots in the final round to secure his spot in the boy band Fantasy Boys.

Ling Qi

Ling Qi, a native of Beijing, China, has been training for the MBC show for four years. His company, Boyi Culture, is responsible for his past involvement with the pre-debut group X-TIME. In addition to this, he was on the Chinese version of the reality show Idol Producer, which Lay of EXO hosted. Ling Qi had previously finished seventh in the semi-finals before moving up to sixth in the most recent edition.

Hong Seong-min

Having placed second in the semi-finals, Hong Seong-min, a purported former trainee at SEVENTEEN’s agency PLEDIS Entertainment, has been a frontrunner ever since. He’ll turn 19 on September 17, 2023, after having trained for four years with PocketDol Studio.

Oh Hyeon-tae

Oh Hyeon-tae, another ABYSS Company trainee, advanced to the final lineup, moving up from fourteenth in the semi-finals to fourth in the finals. Hyeon-tae, a native Korean, joined Fantasy Boys in 2008, making him one of the group’s youngest members.

Yu Jun-won

From the semifinals on, Yu Jun-won has remained in the first place, solidifying his status as a permanent member of Fantasy Boys. For those who follow idol survival shows, Jun-won appeared in &AUDITION – The Howling. The April 21, 2003 birthdate member was one of the early frontrunners and has continued that success after beginning his career as a trainee at BTS’ agency, HYBE LABELS.

Kim Gyu-rae

Kim Gyu-rae, who was born on February 28, 2009, is one of the group’s youngest members and rose from fifteenth place in the semi-finals to second place in the final episode. The training period for Gyu-rae, a trainee at JYP Entertainment, was similarly brief before he joined the Fantasy Boys survival program.
