Fields capitalized on the opportunity, connecting with Moore for a 38-yard touchdown pass, giving Chicago a 19-13 lead. Although the extra point was blocked by Detroit, the Bears seized control.
Detroit’s offensive woes continued, with a fumbled snap by Goff and center Graham Glasgow on their next possession, granting Chicago possession at the Detroit 29-yard line.
Fields sealed the game with an 11-yard touchdown run, and the Lions were unable to mount a comeback, resulting in a 28-13 defeat and a 9-4 record for the season.
