However, her 12th board results present a starkly contrasting picture, indicating failures in Physics and Chemistry. This stark contrast has raised significant doubts about the authenticity of her NEET score.
What Did the Viral Post Reveal?
The tweet includes detailed screenshots of Anjali’s NEET scorecard, where she secured a percentile score of 99.94, with perfect scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Conversely, her board mark sheet reveals failing grades in Physics and Chemistry. The viral tweet of @Aaryan_Prateek reads, “NEET UG SCAM 2024. Candidate Name: Patel Anjali Hirjibhai.”
It continues, “FAILED in Physics and Chemistry in 12th Boards. NEET Score: 705/720. How is this possible? Is she an inspiration or a scam?”

As per a now-deleted Reddit post which is going viral across social media platforms, Anjali’s father Hirjibhai is a widely recognized doctor who works at Astha Hospital. However, her real identity and if her marksheet is real or fake has yet to be officially confirmed.
As of now, the National Testing Agency (NTA), responsible for conducting NEET, has not issued an official statement addressing these allegations.
