I See you plot preview

The show stars Helen Hunt and Jon Tenney, I See You is a story of Jackie and Greg Harper. The lives of both get turned upside down when a police detective Greg has been tasked to investigate a case that bears a striking resemblance to one 15 years earlier that involved the murder of six young boys.

What is Phrogging in I see you?

Phrogging is an act of living secretly in another person’s home without their knowledge. Harpers might be forgiven for thinking that their home is currently inhabited by ghosts but they are victims of a pair of phroggers, Mindy and Alec, who are homeless and they have been hiding in the family’s house.

Mindy is experienced and also stays hidden when the family is at home but Alec decides to mess with Harpers and try ways to make them believe that they are either going insane or their house is having ghosts. Phrogging has been named as a person who engages in an act that would typically move quickly from house to house, just like a frog leapfrogging from one pad of lily to the next one.

The phenomenon has regularly appeared in scary stories like those on the No Sleep subreddit or Jezebel’s reader-submitted spooky tales with the tell-tale signs of a phrogger which include missing food or some ugly strange voices.

Total 10-episode series delves into first-hand accounts of the survivors of phrogging and it helps to explore their most skin-crawling and twisted stories, from the shocking surprises in the attic to vengeful exes turning the homeowner’s life into a living hell.
