On 12th July, late evening, Snapchat users started facing issues with the application. Reportedly, the users were not able to log into the application even after multiple tries.
According to the users, whenever they opened the application, their mobile screen reflected a message stating that their access has been temporarily disabled.
Snapchat Due To Repeated Failed Login Attempts Error 2022 Problem And How To Fix
The message read, ” Due to repeated failed login attempts or other unusual activity, your access to Snapchat is temporarily disabled.”
According to Down Detector, the first problem with the app was recorded around 1.30 pm. The users started complaining that the app took longer than usual to load. more users started facing problems with time.

Snapchat users swarmed over Twitter to complain about the issues and they shared their problems with #snapchatdown.

Snapchat’s Response
In response to this, the company has come forward to address the problems faced by its users. the official Twitter account posted ” We’re aware of an issue preventing some Snapchatters from logging in. Hang tight, we are looking into it and working on a fix.”
The Snapchat spokesperson also came forward to Express UK and addresses the users facing problems. He said that they are working on fixing the glitch.
Snapchat is one of the most frequently used applications globally. The application was launched in July 2011. It has more than 464 million monthly users worldwide. Initially, the main idea behind Snapchat was to allow private or person-to-person photo sharing.
However, the application has a long history of technical glitches. the recent glitch was recorded after the latest update of the application rolled out on Monday, July 11th, 2022.
