On Tuesday, May 18th, American political journalist Benny Johnson, a chief creative officer of the conservative organization Turning Point USA, shared a video clip with Twitter’s main client partner Alex Martinez. An unknown undercover journalist for Project Veritas, an American far-right activist group started in 2010, shot the film.

Martinez may be heard stating, presumably in reference to Musk, “He has Asperger’s, therefore he’s exceptional.” You have particular requirements. You literally have specific requirements.”

Musk then commented on Johnson’s video, stating, “Twitter executive destroying free speech and ridiculing folks with Asperger’s.”

According to Fox News, the Tesla and SpaceX investor also pinned the video to his Twitter profile, but at the time of writing, the billionaire had changed it to a remark he wrote beneath an article on Joe Biden.

The board of directors of Twitter approved that Musk may buy the social media site for $44 billion (£34.5 billion) on April 26th, 2022.
