English players have been seething after the news of the India vs England Manchester test match getting cancelled with one player in IPL 2021 contemplating missing it
The players are all frustrated because of the decision, and some are also planning to skip the IPL. The suspension of the fifth test between India and England has angered several England players and others.
According to The Sun, England believes that the Indian team abused Covid regulations and was seen in Manchester on Thursday when they were supposed to be at their hotel. According to the source, one of English cricketer is considering withdrawing from IPL 2021.
English Players In IPL 2021
IPL 2021 will feature five England Test players: Jonny Bairstow, Sam Curran, Moeen Ali, Dawid Malan, and Chris Woakes.
Bairstow is expected to join Sunrisers Hyderabad, while Chennai Super Kings have signed Sam Curran and Moeen Ali, Punjab Kings have signed Dawid Malan, and Chris Woakes is expected to join the Delhi Capitals squad in the UAE for the IPL 2021.
However, if reports are believed, one of these cricketers is considering withdrawing from the IPL in 2021. Next Wednesday, each of these players and India-bound players were scheduled to fly to the UAE on a charter flight from East Midlands Airport. However, now that the match has been canceled, the date will be pushed forward because the IPL franchises intend to book commercial flights for their players.

According to The Sun, a few members of the England national cricket team had observed Indian players strolling around Manchester on Thursday when they were supposed to be staying in their hotel rooms following the Covid-19 outbreak in the Indian camp.
It is believed that the BCCI did not want to compromise with the IPL 2021’s second leg as playing the five-day-long test without a physio might affect the players’ health who are not only determined for the IPL but also the T20 world cup following it.
IPL starts from 19th September and the T20 world cup is set to start after two days of the IPL final.
