Technoblade was suffering from cancer
He was diagnosed with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Technoblade had taken an unannounced break from making YouTube videos back in the summer of 2021, but he returned in August that year with a video revealing his cancer diagnosis to the fans.
He was suffering from stage-4 cancer, but he didn’t complain about it instead kept using his sharp strategic mind to get through the hurdles, what he knew was that it is not possible. Unfortunately, Technoblade passed away at the age of just 23 after battling cancer for more than a year.

The statement added ‘‘From the earliest days of Technoblade, he was always strategizing his paths to delight and make his audience happy through his content. The past year has been very difficult for our son, but he didn’t complain and kept working through his strategic mind to stay connected to his beloved fans and the followers, his family further added.
