EL7Z UP is a group that will emerge from Mnet’s reality survival show Queendom Puzzle. In the wake of EL7Z UP’s public announcement of its entire project group, fans are eagerly anticipating their promotions and official debuts.

Mnet’s Queendom Puzzle has officially announced the final lineup for its project girl group, EL7Z UP! 

A spin-off of the popular survival show “Queendom,” “Queendom Puzzle” featured idols competing for positions in a brand-new seven-member project girl group called EL7Z UP (an anagram of the word “PUZZLE”), which included members of existing active girl groups.

EL7Z UP will perform at the 2023 MAMA Awards and go on a world tour in addition to releasing an album as a group.

Seven participants made their project group debuts out of the 26 contestants who participated in the competition. A combination of 50% of votes cast globally via the Mnet App and 50% of votes cast locally in Korea via text or the Mnet App was used to determine the ranking.

H1-KEY’s Hwiseo

Hwiseo is the top-ranking EL7Z UP member in the Queendom Puzzle with a total of 444,495 votes. The idol was born on July 31, 2002, in Seoul, Korea

In 2022, she joined the female group H1-KEY, which had already been formed and was housed under the Grandline Group. She had received her training under The Black Label and Source Music for nine and a half years prior to this.

Woo!ah!’s Nana

Nana, who received 430,450 votes overall and came in second place, is the second EL7Z UP member. The star was born on March 9, 2001, and she was raised in Seoul, South Korea.

She is also the leader and founding member of the girl group woo!ah! She made her group debut on May 15, 2020, following 2.5 years of training with NV Entertainment.

PURPLE KISS’ Yuki

The third member of EL7Z UP is Yuki from PURPLE KISS, who received 394,649 votes. On November 6, 2002, the idol was born in Japan. After beginning her career with RBW Entertainment in 2018, the singer made her K-pop girl group PURPLE KISS debut on March 15, 2021, after preparing for nearly three.

Yuki is renowned for her songwriting and lyric-writing abilities.

Lovelyz’s Kei

Kei from Lovelyz was in fourth place on Queendom Puzzle with 376,553 votes. The idol, who made her debut in 2014 with her band under Woollim Entertainment, was born on March 20, 1995. In addition, she released her first mini album, Over and Over, in 2019 to mark her solo debut.

She did not elect to extend her contract with Woolim Entertainment, nevertheless, and is currently a part of A2Z Entertainment. She briefly worked as a musical actor for Palmtree Entertainment prior to terminating her contract.

WJSN’s Yeoreum

Yeorum, a member of WJSN, another enduring K-pop group, is the next EL7Z UP member. The idol received 371,096 votes overall, placing her in fifth place.

Yeoreum was born on January 10, 1999, and made her WJSN debut in 2016 under Starship Entertainment. She also participated in the Y TEEN project team previously. She is a member of the component of her group, WJSN CHOCOME, which took first place in Queendom 2.

Rocket Punch’s Yeonhee

Yeonhee, a member of Rocket Punch was born on December 6, 2000. The idol received 358,059 votes in total, placing sixth in the final lineup.

She made her Rocket Punch debut on August 7, 2019, following nearly two years and seven months of training with Woollim Entertainment. The idol also serves as the group’s leader.

CLC’s Yeeun

Yeeun from CLC is the final member to complete the circle for EL7Z UP. With a total of 350,517 votes, she finished seventh during the penultimate episode. The star, who was born on August 10, 1998, was raised in Gyeonggi, South Korea. 

On March 19, 2015, she made her CUBE Entertainment debut with her band, CLC. However, she decided to join Superbell Company in 2022 after her contract had expired.

The idol had previously competed in Mnet’s 2020 reality competition series Good Gir. On April 13, 2023, Yeeun released her maiden solo album under her new company, The Beginning.
