Eileen Feng Gu who was born on 3rd September 2003 in Francisco, California, the United States an American father and a Chinese mother named Gu Yan, is Olympic freestyle skier in halfpipe, slopestyle. She has taken part in big air events by representing China since 2019. She is also very popular by her Chinese name Gu Ailing.
She etched her name into the records by being the youngest Olympic gold medallist at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics at the freestyle skiing at the young age of 18. Not only this, she is a fashion model as well.

Yan, Eileenโs mother raised her as a single parent after Yan emigrated to the U.S. as a student in her twenties from China three decades ago.
Eileenโs mother skied for the first time at Hunter Mountain in New York State and her passion for the sport kept on increasing after shifting to the San Francisco Bay Area while preparing for an MBA at Stanford University. However, she admitted her young daughter into the classes of ski lessons at Lake Tahoe, so that Eileen could keep up with her. Even in an interview, she says about her mother that, โaccidentally created me a pro skier.โ
