The much-awaited football game is expected to bring in a wide variety of in-game National Team Events.
eFootball 2023 Update v2.2 Release Date
The release date for the new eFootball 2023 v2.2 update has been confirmed as 16 November 2022. Following which, season 2 will be officially kick off on the 17 of November 2022 –once maintenance concludes.
Patch Notes
As of now, developers have not released official patch notes, but fans can expect to see them with the new update on November 16, 2022.
Carryover Details
The new update will feature a long list of carryover items. The official Konami website listed the following game items, which will carryover to the new v2.2 update:
- eFootball™ Coins
- eFootball™ Points
- GP
- Base Team
- Avatar
- User Settings
- Players
- Managers
However, some of these items have certain conditions listed below:
- Base Team carryover depends on whether or not a player’s base team is available in the new v2.2.0 update. Base Teams available in v2.2.0, will carryover with some of the changes regarding the names, uniforms, and emblems. Unavailable Base Teams will not carryover in v2.2.0.
- Avatars available in v2.2.0, will carry over, or else a player’s avatar will reset by default.
- Only the following settings will carry over to v2.2.0:
- Username
- Country/Region
- Date of Birth
- Login Bonus
- Players signed after the v2.1.0 update will carry over to v2.2.0. For players signed prior to v2.1.0, gamers can check the “Player Cards Eligible for Carryover (*1) page to check their availability. Available players will carry over with updated information changes, whereas gamers will receive compensation items and rewards for players that do not carryover. Gamers will receive different reward items based on whether they are Standard, Featured, Trending, Legendary, Epic, or Highlight player cards.
- All managers signed after the v2.1.0 update will carryover to v2.2.0. Players will have to check the “Managers Eligible for Carryover (*2)” page for managers signed prior to v2.1.0. Managers found on the list will carryover and players will receive the amount of GP needed to sign the manager as compensation for managers who do not carryover. The amount will be based upon the value displayed in the “Manager List” prior to v2.1.0
