The Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony is about to hit our screens soon as the organizers have announced the list of presenters and performers who will be attending the event, know the 2022 date, time, location
The award ceremony which was founded by Prince William back in 2020 to aimed to find the “solutions to the worldโs greatest environmental problems.”
For those who are unversed let us tell you, the ceremony is all set to held on Friday, December 2, in Boston. The award ceremony will be hosted by podcaster Clara Amfo along with famous producer and director Daniel Dae Kim.

The Prince and Princess of Wales will travel to Boston for the 2nd annual Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony on Friday 2nd December.

Earthshot Prize Awards 2022 Lineup
On Monday, November 28, the organizers announced that the award ceremony will be honored by the performers like Billie Eilish, her brother and producer Finneas, Annie Lennox, Chloe x Halle and Ellie Goulding.
Earlier, the English singer-songwriter, Ellie Goulding, took to social media to announce that she will be attending and performing at the Earthshot Prize Awards.
Ellie wrote that, “I am a big supporter of the Prince of Walesโ passion for the environment and share in The Earthshot Prizeโs mission to protect and restore our planet.”
Followed by the statement of Scottish singer-songwriter, political activist, Annie Lennox, which reads, “The urgent need to protect and restore our Earthโs damaged environmental systems is essential for future survival.”
For those who are unaware, let us tell you, the famous comedian, actor, The Princess of Wales, Catherine OโHara along with Academy Award winner actor Rami Malek and actor Shailene Woodley will be presenting the awards during the ceremony night.
In an earlier interview, the Academy Award winner actor Rami while talking about the event stated that, “The fifteen Finalists of this yearโs Earthshot Prize are deeply inspiring.”
On the other hand, the Princess of Wales stated that, “Repairing our planet is one of the most important things we can do in our lifetimes.”
Earthshot Prize Awards Will Be Held At
Let us remind you, the award ceremony will be held at the MGM Music Hall in Boston, Massachusetts.
The event will be recorded and later will be available to stream online at PBS app and their site on December 5 at around 2 PM ET.
A further recoded broadcast will be held on the PBS YouTube channel at around 8 PM on the same day.
Last year, the 5 winners of the event had recieved a sum of $1.4 million as the support for for innovative environmental projects.
